Gastronomy

Throughout time, the region’s inhabitants poured part of their culture and what nature gave them into their meals. The gastronomy of the province of Misiones is closely related to its cultural and historical legacy and the traditions inherited from Guaraní natives, Jesuits, and immigrants during the times of colonisation.

Chipa
